2024 Training Schedule

Term date

The standard beginner and intermediate program follows NSW public school term schedule. On public holidays, there are no classes, and enrolment fees are always changed to account for the sessions missed due to public holidays. Each term's first date is always a Monday, and its last date is always a Sunday.

We accept student throughout the term, if you missed the start of a term. We might still be able to take your enrolment. Term fees are calculated based on how many classes are left in the term.

Each session includes:

Warm-ups and Agility
Footworks
Strength & Conditioning Training
Paried Bladeworks and drills, practice different attacking and defending techniques
Target hitting
Electric Bouting
Cooldown Stretches

Monday - Technical Skills and Footwork

4:30-6:00, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, 7-12 Yrs )

7:00 - 8:30, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, 12 Yrs +)

Tuesday - Tactical training and Bout Analysis

7:00 - 8:30, (Sabre- Intermediate to advanced level, Fencers working towards to the competition, 12 Yrs + and Adults)

Wednesday - Physical Conditioning and Drills

4:30-6:00, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, all age )

Thursday - Technical Skills and Footwork

4:30-6:00, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, 7-12 Yrs )

7:00 - 8:30, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, 12 Yrs +)

Friday - Physical Conditioning and Drills

4:30 - 5:00, (Sabre - Beginner to Intermediate level, and Fencers working towards to the competition, All Age

Saturday - Competition Simulation

4-5:30, (Sabre - Beginner to intermediate level and Fencers working towards to the competition, All Ages)
