Can I suspend my membership?

Yes, you can suspend for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 28 days. All you have to do is give us a minimum of 7 days notice. You can still train up until the date of your suspension takes effect.

How long can I suspend my membership?

A minimum of 7 days from the next direct debit date and a maximum of 28 days, any suspensions greater than 28 days will result in a cancellation of membership on your existing membership rate. Meaning upon your return you will be charged at the current membership rate. This policy also applies to foundation members.

Do you have a lock in contract?

No, you can cancel your membership at any time. All you have to do is provide us with a minimum of 30 days written notice by submitting this form here. You can still train up until your cancellation takes effect.

Do you backdate or refund fees?

No, we can’t do that. It’s up to you to let us know about any suspensions or cancellations in writing by filling in the forms above at least 14 days before for suspensions and 30 days before for cancellations. After that, the fees can’t be refunded.

Are you close on school holidays?

No, We will still have training on during school holidays (except during 2 week period between Christmas and New Years). We are closed on public holidays.
